After a long game, legs get tired and you need somebody else to carry the weight. The same goes for mental health. Everybody needs relief sometimes, somebody willing to step in instead of leaving them to carry it alone.
That’s not weakness. That’s the game.
So when things get heavy, that’s exactly when we need to check in. Because the community that lifts one another up is the community we want to live and play in.
